Why???

I know that whenever I pray for my mom, I always ask God why this is happening. Justin, I'm sure that you do the same. I mean, before now, oncology(study of cancers) was always tucked into the back of my mind as something else in the medical field that I could do. Now, it's kind of a scary thing, and I don't know if I'd be able to deal with it. I don't think that I ever realized the toll that cancer can take on a sick person's family until now. It's a scary thing.
Now back to my original question, I think that God's put my family in this situation to bring us closer to Him, and maybe even to save the family members that don't know Him. This is a great witnessing opportunity for my immediate family to talk to my mom's side of the family who to the best of my knowledge, none are saved.
